Our warehouse is closed on

If a delivery attempt is🤑 made by Royal Mail
and nobody is home to sign for the item, the driver will leave a card for🤑 you to
arrange another delivery or collection from your local Royal Mail office.

Due to Royal Mail shipping
restrictions we can only ship 600ml🤑 of perfume/aftershave in one package, therefore
orders that contain more than 600ml will be shipped via Parcel Force.

Missing Parcel Claims
If your
parcel goes missing with one of our logistics🤑 partners, please get in touch with our
customer service team. You will be asked to complete a short form about🤑 your order and
we will submit this to our logistics partners claims team. Unfortunately, claims can
take up to 30🤑 days to get a resolution. We can only apologise for the inconvenience
caused on behalf of our logistics partners.
