So not only does Sammy (SEGA's parent company) make
pachinko machines, they also make slot machines 🧬 as well. More correctly, they make
"pachislot" machines. Unlike Western slot machines where all you have to do is pull 🧬 the
arm and pray the tumblers line up, pachislot differs in a few ways. For one, you
manually stop the 🧬 tumblers using button presses. That said, it doesn't give you as fine
control as you think (there's an allowance for 🧬 the tumblers to slip past the ones you
need). The second difference is that you don't get big payouts on 🧬 one spin. What you
are looking forward to instead is to set the machine up for jackpot mode. You'll only
🧬 ever get a maximum of 15 tokens on any one spin, but getting jackpot mode going means
that just about 🧬 every spin you make for a set amount of spins will give you the winning
15 tokens.
There are three slot 🧬 machines in the game: Aladdin A, Beast King, and King
Camel. Each location has all three. Just poke around the 🧬 parlor until you find the one
you want. You can probably pick whichever one you want, because you're gonna cheat
🧬 anyway. What, you didn't think you were going sit there for hours plugging away
gradually ticking up to 777, did 🧬 you? No, the game gives you cheat items, and you'd
best use them, because you have a life.
The Auto Token 🧬 is the easiest cheat item to
explain. All it does is spin for you automatically until you hit your first 🧬 jackpot.
You'll still pay your tokens, and will have to refill if you run out, but while it
spins you 🧬 can do something else like read a book or compose a symphony. I'd suggest
using the Auto Token and let 🧬 it run for a while on an Aladdin A machine, because you
can get quite a few tokens on an 🧬 "Aladdin Chance" and it won't stop the auto running.
You'll have an even better chance of winning if when you 🧬 load up Yakuza 5 you get an
e-mail saying it's your "lucky day".
The other two cheat items I wouldn't worry 🧬 about.
I think one sets it so you get a jackpot quickly, but only one, and the other improves
your 🧬 chances for a "special" graphic appearing to set up jackpots. I understand slots
less than I understand pachinko, to be 🧬 perfectly honest.
