Confirmation Message & When is a Bet Considered Struck –
The customer should be🎉 aware that telephone betting is a more efficient & safer way of
taking bets than Telegram betting. If the customer🎉 chooses to Telegram their bets to
Joe Jennings, then the customer understands that Joe Jennings may choose to refuse bets
🎉 (or part of the bets) at their discretion and that customers may not always receive a
text confirmation back before🎉 the start of the event. Joe Jennings rules consider the
bet to be struck when we reply to your message🎉 with a ‘Bet Confirmation Message’. If
customers do not receive a ‘Bet Confirmation Message’ before the start of an event,
🎉 then the responsibility is with the customer to call the office on 08085 521 421 before
the start of the🎉 event to see if their bet has been received & accepted. In the event
that the customer fails to receive🎉 a ‘Bet Confirmation Message’, Joe Jennings will
demonstrate to the customer that the ‘Bet Confirmation Message’ was sent either before,
🎉 or at the start of the event via the digital time-stamp which Telegram provide. We do
not recommend betting by🎉 Telegram when close to the event start time, instead customers
should phone their bets in so they know that their🎉 bet is struck. Ideally, we advise
customers not to Telegram their bets to us within 2 mins of the advertised🎉 start time,
instead we recommend that customers phone them through. We can only accept bets/answer
your queries between the hours🎉 of 09:00-22:00.
In-Play Betting - Please be advised with
in-play betting, due to the changing prices we advise to call your🎉 bets into the
office. If you ask for an in-play market a bet is considered as struck when the
following🎉 happens;
You request a price
The Telegram operator responds
You provide a
stake and request the bet - It is at this point🎉 the bet is considered as struck.
Due to
the live events changng constantly, your confirmation is the overall confirmation the
bet🎉 is struck.
The operator will send you a confirmation of your bet, this will be the
details as agreed on YOUR🎉 request. Any price changes or live events that effect your
bet in the time of YOUR confirmation to the OPERATORS🎉 confirmation will not be
considered.
Deleted Messages – Our ‘Bet Confirmation Message’ is the final confirmation
and the bet is considered🎉 as placed by all parties. In the event of you deleting your
message, our ‘Bet Confirmation Message’ will confirm the🎉 bet has been struck and placed
via our system.
Deleting messages is strictly prohibited and if we believe you are
deleting🎉 messages to gain an unfair advantage or cheat the system then we will ban your
account from this service.
Payments &🎉 Available Funds – Bets placed by Telegram must be
Staked appropriately within the customers available funds. If funds are not🎉 available,
the customer will be asked for their CV2 number to process the bet. If you have
insufficient funds for🎉 the bet request, we will proportion stake accordingly e.g £50 ew
requested, £50 in balance = £25 ew struck. It🎉 is the customers responsibility to be
aware of their available funds and can request a balance or a statement from🎉 our
operators by phone, Telegram or email at any time.
Price Enquiry & Price Changes –
Customers are encouraged to Telegram🎉 us with price enquiries. We will message you back
with the current prices and then the customer can Telegram in🎉 their Bet Requests. If a
price has changed, or our price on a selection is different from the price that🎉 the
customer has sent through in their Telegram, we will inform the customer that it is ‘No
Bet’ and inform🎉 the customer of the current market price if available. If the customer
wishes to place the bet at the new🎉 price then they must Telegram the bet request again
making clear the bet instruction at the new price. To avoid🎉 disappointment Joe Jennings
recommends that customers phone through their bets during periods when price changes
may be frequent, for example🎉 In-Play events.
Late Bets – Bets received after the off of
the event will be considered void and will not stand🎉 regardless of when the Telegram
was sent. The time on our phone system, powered by Telegram will state the time🎉 that we
received the text and if it is after the official start time of an event, the bet will
🎉 be void. If Joe Jennings chooses to accept a late bet we will make the customer aware
that the bet🎉 has been struck during the event. Joe Jennings advises all customers to
place their bets over the phone when close🎉 to the start of an event by calling 08085
521 421.
Security – It is your responsibility to ensure the security🎉 of your mobile
phone. Other than where Joe Jennings has been negligent, we will not be liable for any
loss🎉 that you may incur as a result of misuse or unauthorised use of your mobile phone
number or Account with🎉 Joe Jennings, whether fraudulent or otherwise.
