Symbols adopt the theme well, with no standard
royal symbols in play, and instead an 5️⃣ array of underwater characters making up the pay
table, with pays beginning at 3 of a kind. At the lower 5️⃣ end, shells, crabs, dolphins,
bulls, horses and octopuses reward players anywhere between 0.8 and 1.8x bet for
landing 6 of 5️⃣ a kind. Green, blue and red gems award between 2 and 7.5x bet, again for 6
of a kind. Poseidon 5️⃣ is our premium symbol, paying for 2 of a kind, and coming in at an

First Impression
Poseidon Ancient Fortunes Megaways makes
good use of what is provided, and as expected maintains a level 5️⃣ of excitement given the
Megaways mechanic in use. The theme is well executed, and will inevitably be well
received by 5️⃣ fans of similar releases. Whilst the base game is not well set apart from
other Megaways editions available, the addition 5️⃣ of jackpots adds a nice touch. Many
players enjoy chasing those life changing amounts that Progressive Jackpots such as
Mega 5️⃣ Moolah offer, but many others prefer lower, more “achievable” jackpots, and with
the Mega sitting at 5,000x, it feels achievable 5️⃣ enough to warrant a grind from time to
time.
On the free spins side of things, the setup is fairly standard. 5️⃣ 12 free spins
with an multiplier incrementing by x1 for each win is exactly what we expect from
Megaways, however 5️⃣ we’ve seen before that those 12 free spins can deliver the wins
promised in this slot: already there have been 5️⃣ several wins over 10,000x. RTP is
standard at 95.98%, however the only real rush of adrenaline lies within the highest
5️⃣ available symbol, unless the progressive multiplier is in play. As an added plus,
volatility sits on the medium side, so 5️⃣ players who love a Megaways slot, particularly
with jackpot excitement, yet prefer not to verge towards high/extreme volatility may
find 5️⃣ joy within this release.
