Joao Felix
will not return to Chelsea as part of🏵 Mauricio Pochettino's squad next season. The
Portuguese forward spent the second half of the season on loan at Stamford Bridge🏵 under
Graham Potter and Frank Lampard.
The 23-year-old made 20 appearances in total for
Chelsea, scoring four times. football.london understands he🏵 loved his time in London
and was keen on staying beyond the expiry of his contract.
However, Atletico Madrid
president Enrique🏵 Cerezo confirmed earlier this week he wouldn't be returning to
Chelsea next season. "We've been informed that Pochettino does not🏵 count with Joao
Felix for Chelsea," he said.

"He will🏵 return here, we'll see. We have
nothing planned."
Pochettino's decision not to sign Felix as part of his plans in west
🏵 London means the former Benfica star will seek a new challenge elsewhere. However,
right now, the forward is enjoying himself🏵 in Ibiza.
Felix has posted a series of
of himself and friends taking in the hot weather overseas on Instagram.🏵 On Wednesday,
he posted four
of him walking along the streets before releasing more of him on a
yacht.
Where🏵 Felix will end up next season remains unclear. Newcastle have expressed an
interest in his services ahead of their return🏵 to the Champions League, alongside
potential suitors in Europe.
