Despite the happy-sounding title, the movie Smile is not for children. It is a very graphic horror movie that shows several mutilated bodies in all their gory detail.
The movie focuses on mental health and trauma and it does that very well. Not for the easily rattled, lots of gore and jump-scares. I would not recommend for kids.
