This addictive game is simple in concept but requires some skills to master. To play, just stand back and swing the ring. Get the ring to stick onto the hook and you score a point. Each player takes turns swinging the ring 10 times and the first player to reach the pre-determined point value wins the game.
Players play in the same order throughout the game. After throwing at one stake, players throw at the other stake, and alternate stakes on each turn. Scoring is as follows: A ring thrown over a stake (a Ringer) counts three points. A Double Ringer (two rings of the same color on a stake) counts six points.
