Bruno Fernandes has publicly disagreed with Cristiano Ronaldo's verdict on life after Portugal boss Fernando Santos with Roberto Martinez at 🍌 the helm.
The Al-Nassr forward praised the ex-Everton manager after their Euro 2024 qualifying wins against Liechtenstein and Luxembourg.

Speaking after the 6-0 win against Luxembourg, where he scored twice, Ronaldo hailed Martinez's impact 🍌 on the national team.
He stated that Martinez has brought a "breath of fresh air", while also bringing "different ideas and 🍌 mentality”.
The 38-year-old's view is not shared by his ex-Manchester United teammate Fernandes, who has risked the wrath of Ronaldo by 🍌 publicly going against his opinion.
Speaking in response to Ronaldo's claims, Fernandes said: "No, it's just a new coach, with new 🍌 ideas.
"There's no breath of fresh air at all.
"It's just a transitional period. The atmosphere in the national team has always 🍌 been good.

"There are new dynamics, a new coach and we have to assimilate his ideas."
It's not 🍌 the first time that Ronaldo and Fernandes have had awkward moments together in the Portugal camp.
Following Ronaldo's explosive interview with 🍌 Piers Morgan in November, Fernandes appeared to snub the five-time Ballon d'Or winner's offer of a handshake.
Though Fernandes later insisted 🍌 he has no problem with Ronaldo as he played down any talk of a rift between the two.
