Pragmatic Play is hardly 💶 gonna win any award for the most original football release with Spin and Score Megaways, as this is a simple 💶 reskin of Power of Thor Megaways minus the bonus buy option.
It’s the third reskin job actually, following the recent Legend 💶 of Heroes Megaways, and you get to meet some generic footballers that hardly do much to give this game any 💶 personality. The dynamic grid is placed in the middle of a jam-packed stadium, and you get the Big Wild transformation 💶 feature, a progressive multiplier bonus round and a 5,000x potential.

The premium football player symbols pay between 2 and 20 x your stake for 6 of a kind wins, 💶 and all winning symbols are removed via the Tumble mechanic. This opens up gaps for new and/or existing symbols to 💶 drop down to create new winning combos, and this process repeats as long as you keep winning.
The Golden Ball Wild 💶 appears on the top horizontal reel only, and it steps in for pay symbols to help complete wins. In addition, 💶 you can slide in a 2-position Big Wild on the top horizontal reel, and it transforms all symbols directly below 💶 into wilds if fully in view. This can repeat if the big wild changes positions via the tumble feature, but 💶 the big wild has to be fully in view to trigger the transformation modifier.
The Bonus Round triggers when you land 💶 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 scatters in view, and this gives you 10, 14, 18, 22, 26 or 💶 30 free spins, respectively. You can gamble to win more free spins if you get between 10 and 18 spins 💶 initially, and this is done via a wheel of fortune that awards +4 extra spin per successful gamble. A single 💶 loss on the wheel means you lose the whole bonus round.
The most you can get from the gamble wheel is 💶 22 free spins, and the progressive win multiplier starts at x1 when the bonus round starts. The win multiplier increases 💶 by +1 per tumble win, and there is no limit as to how high it can go. The Big Wilds 💶 feature can trigger in the bonus round as well, and landing 3 scatters anywhere in the same tumble sequence awards 💶 +4 extra spins.

Review Summary
The 💶 problem with most, if not all, football slots, is that they are not even remotely as engaging as watching the 💶 game itself. Playing a round of Fifa online on your PS4 or PS5 is also a lot more fun, and 💶 Spin and Score Megaways comes with uninspired, generic visuals and a somewhat annoying soundtrack. In addition, this is also the 💶 third reskin of Power of Thor Megaways, which admittedly has been somewhat of a success for Pragmatic Play.
Without the star 💶 power emanating from the Norse god, nor any real world football stars like you get in Blueprint’s D10S Maradona, there 💶 is not much here to be attracted to except the features. Double wild reels with a decent multiplier can lead 💶 to okay payouts, but the 5,000x potential is still half of what most players expect from this engine. The bonus 💶 buy option is also gone, so despite being football fans we much prefer the original Norse mythology release over this.
