The Blues were among the clubs strongly
linked to the Brazil international before he moved to Barcelona from Leeds United💹 last
summer.
But after just one season in La Liga, it is thought that Barcelona are
considering selling the 26-year-old and💹 they would likely accept an offer above
£60m.
Mauricio Pochettino is keen to bring in a new attacking player before Friday’s
💹 transfer deadline and may turn to Raphinha, according to The Telegraph.
The winger has
produced 10 goals and 12 assists across💹 51 games for Barcelona to date and has
knowledge of the Premier League from his spell at Leeds.
Raphinha helped Barcelona💹 win
the La Liga title last season as they finished ten points clear of second-placed Real
Madrid.
He has been capped💹 16 times by Brazil and was part of their squad for last
year’s World Cup in Qatar.
Meanwhile, Chelsea look set💹 to offload Romelu Lukaku after
agreeing a loan deal with Roma.
It has been reported that the Blues have inserted a💹 new
£37m release clause into his contract, which could tempt Roma to sign him permanently
next summer.
Roma owner Dan Friedkin💹 will fly Lukaku to the Italian capital himself,
according to reports, after he played a key role in the deal.
