Joao Felix
will not return to Chelsea as part of ❤️ Mauricio Pochettino's squad next season. The
Portuguese forward spent the second half of the season on loan at Stamford Bridge ❤️ under
Graham Potter and Frank Lampard.
The 23-year-old made 20 appearances in total for
Chelsea, scoring four times. football.london understands he ❤️ loved his time in London
and was keen on staying beyond the expiry of his contract.
However, Atletico Madrid
president Enrique ❤️ Cerezo confirmed earlier this week he wouldn't be returning to
Chelsea next season. "We've been informed that Pochettino does not ❤️ count with Joao
Felix for Chelsea," he said.

"He will ❤️ return here, we'll see. We have
nothing planned."
Pochettino's decision not to sign Felix as part of his plans in west
❤️ London means the former Benfica star will seek a new challenge elsewhere. However,
right now, the forward is enjoying himself ❤️ in Ibiza.
Felix has posted a series of
of himself and friends taking in the hot weather overseas on Instagram. ❤️ On Wednesday,
he posted four
of him walking along the streets before releasing more of him on a
yacht.
Where ❤️ Felix will end up next season remains unclear. Newcastle have expressed an
interest in his services ahead of their return ❤️ to the Champions League, alongside
potential suitors in Europe.
